Enjoy cooking lessons followed by a meal at my 1870's townhouse in the centre of Carcassonne.   Choose between one of those themes.

Themes: 3 hours plus the dinner

1. My “Chic” Tapas Bar – You will discover how to make original salted and sweet tapas. A cocktail will be served and your dinner will include regional wines.

2. A Little Bite from France – You will learn how to make 5 classic French recipes. . A cocktail will be served and your dinner will include regional wines.

3. Al Fresco Summer Dinner – Your cooking lesson will take place in Nathalie’s kitchen as well as in her outdoor kitchen by her pool. You will learn how to make 6 summer recipes. A cocktail will be served and your dinner will include regional wines.

4. All Lemon - You will learn 5 original recipes evolving around the lemon theme. A cocktail will be served and your dinner will include regional wines.

Visit to market, cooking lesson and lunch: 9:30AM – 2PM + lunch. Meeting point in the Hotel lobby at 9:30AM.
We go to the market where the ingredients for your cooking lesson will be purchased. A cooking lesson will follow at Nathalie’s home and lunch will conclude this wonderful morning. Market Theme – Seasonal recipes

Family Fun: 10H30 AM – 12H30 PM + lunch or 6PM-8PM + dinner.
You will cook with your children some family friendly recipes! The cooking lesson will be followed by a meal and the children will be able to enjoy the swimming pool.
